Ship Classification

IRClass is an IACS member and one of the top ten Classification Societies in the world. Our pool of highly qualified surveyors and auditors ensure that your vessels comply with international standards at all times.

IRClass has more than 1800 ships under its classification together amounting to above 12.7 Million in Gross Tons. Our classification rules are simple and comprehensive, based on research supported by data collected from industries and on board ships, and cater to a wide variety of vessels ranging from FRP boats, offshore supply tugs to LNG carriers.

Accreditation

IRQS is the First Certification Body in this part of Asia to have received the Raad voor Accreditatie RvA accreditation in February 1993. Since then, our organization has gone through four successful renewal audits conducted by RvA apart from regular Annual Surveillance audits, which supports our continual satisfactory service to the industry.
